Apply for Grants and Competitions:
Seek out and apply for grants to secure initial funding.
Apply to Startup Competitions to potentially receive funding for further project development.
Engage with Cal Poly Pomona:
Secure funding and resources needed for product development.
Obtain provisional patent to protect our intellectual property.
Discuss licensing for product commercialization.
Develop and Test at Cal Poly Pomona:
Conduct a pilot test to gather data and refine our solution.
Use student parking issues as a case study for data analysis.

During the year 2025-2026...

Create a Marketing Pitch:
Create a pitch to present ParkLink to other companies, as well as higher level startup competitions to obtain a full patent.
Talk to other parking structure/lot owners:
If testing at Cal Poly Pomona is successful, our next step would be to try to implement this device in other parking lots and structures.
Reach out to Los Angeles:
Reach out to LA City Officials for further development.
Convince the Transportation board of LA and the Olympic committee to have a meeting with us for our product.
